By far the absolute worst service I've experienced on Alibaba. I've been ordering from here for years, and not once have I had to deal with such poor customer service. The seller claims to have misunderstood and misquoted my order and had shipped me a single sample of each plate instead of the 10 sets I ordered (80 plates total). I had also order napkins which I did not receive (seller claims they were shipped separately but they have still not shown).
When I reached out to the seller they blamed the error on new employees and made NO effort to resolve the issue. Instead, requested I pay an additional fee to have more plates shipped, which I declined. A good business would have just taken the loss on this order and replaced them free of charge, especially when admitting the error was on their end. Did not receive a refund until I filed a dispute with Alibaba. Wendy is an awful manager with terrible business sense!! Save yourself the headache and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Secondly, we did send you the napkins as the picture I showed you;
Thirdly, per our talk on TM, you just paid the cost for 1 set of the fruits plates like the other designs, but you would like us to offer you 10 sets? And I didn't blame the error on new employees, I said that Joyce was new, and handled the project in half way, she thought there would be 1pc of each color, and only offered you the cost for 1 set, and didn't increase the cost", this means we only charged you the cost of 1 set, and we didn't charge you the cost for 10 sets when order confirmation, as you seen, the cost you paid is impossible to buy 10sets, I am sure that you also knew that!
Even if all above, I still got you 2 options to solve the problem: 1. Refund you the cost of the missing designs that you think we didn't send you; 2. if you still need the products, we will charge a small cost, and our factory will pay for the shipping cost f
